Question: Is this extension tied to Google Authenticator ONLY?

I use Authy and am interested in adding support for it's OTP client. Before I started on that effort I wanted to see if anyone has tried using this with any other OTP client besides Google Authenticator. @avoelkl

I use Authy as well. Can confirm that this is not GA specific.

I never used Authy. Basically the algorithm should be the same accross all apps. Will try it.

Thanks for the confirmation @lukevers. I'm currently trying out a few different OTP clients that a client inquired about. Started by checking other sites, but they run a Magento site and asked if they could integrate it as well.

I just forked the repo and will start testing myself. I should have it done by tomorrow and plan on closing out this issue after I've added any notes (if needed).

Anna, appreciate anything you find - also curious if there's anything I might need to know about testing the plugin's functionality in a local or docker / vm test environment. From the Readme, I deduced that a installation-specific QR code is generated for each site, but figured I'd ask in case it might spare me some headaches tomorrow when I start that process.
