Make Universal Binaries for MacOS

Current release 4.1 macOS only has scx files for intel architectures.
current Apple computers are all arm 64.
would be great to have an easy to install release for arm64 too.

Yeah, I agree. This repo should be modernized with universal macos binaries like in sc3-plugins.
