Remote connection to a Windows machine fails because gxserver is not installed

Environment

• Windows remote machine

Problem

Connecting to a Windows machine fails with an error indicating that gxserver is not installed on the remote machine.

Expected behavior

The remote connection flow should complete the required remote setup, including making gxserver available, and connect successfully.

Applied fix in the working tree.

• Remote native Windows OpenSSH hosts are now detected and routed into WSL; direct SSH endpoints already inside Linux/WSL remain normal POSIX targets.
• The configured/default WSL distro is resolved once, validated, and pinned for the active connection.
• gxserver packages are streamed into the WSL user's home, checksum/ELF validated, atomically installed, authenticated, and reached through the existing SSH tunnel.
• Attach, resume, open-folder, reconnect, and IDE actions retain the same WSL execution target. VS Code and Zed actions now use WSL-aware routing instead of passing Linux paths to native Windows.
• Existing macOS/Linux remote setup and SCP behavior is unchanged.
