Add creation-date sorting for Kanban cards

Problem

Kanban card filtering and ordering currently focuses on priority and estimates. There is no way to order cards by when they were created, which makes it difficult to surface the oldest work first.

Requested behavior

Add creation date as a card sorting option, including:

• Oldest created first
• Newest created first

Acceptance criteria

• Creation date appears as an available sort option alongside the existing card controls.
• Users can place the oldest-created cards at the top.
• Users can reverse the order to show newest-created cards first.
• The selected ordering behaves consistently across the relevant Kanban columns/views.
