correct Backlinks in the old repo

just saw you commented in some of the issues of the old repo. However, the links you inserted (pointing to the new repo) are wrong.

I think it would be a great idea to correct them, in oder to point people here.

You were absolutely right — sorry for the delay! We have now gone through all our comments on the old repo and corrected the broken/wrong links. Everything should now point to https://github.com/macpit/Home-Assistant-Switch-Manager.
