Consider getting rid of all archaic ffmpegs or at least minimize number of ffmpeg ports

Rebuilding ffmpegs is really getting annoying, especially given variants (+G5/G4, +x11), and most of those ports are not widely used.
Migrating everything we really need to ffmpeg8 will cost some effort, but it is mostly one-time.
Then just wipe all the zoo, keeping ffmpeg = ffmpeg8 and maybe one other version, if something is found to be troublesome to drop and critical enough to keep.

There is patch for ffmpeg8 use in mplayer on Termux (but I think other Linux distros added it too)
