The current documentation is vague and doesn't include what we have been doing and why someone should use our project.
also it does not include screenshots or examples of the how the system works.
Expected Outcome:
- Explain the features
- Which sms/notification providers are supported in iris
- Which alert providers are supported in iris (Grafana, Alertmanager)
- Screenshots or presentation of the UI
- Add github description
