coupon code error when clicking lyft web button?

we implemented the lyft button on: https://www.lionspokerpalace.com/
but when we click on this lyft button from a phone, it brings up a "coupon failed: this is not a valid code" where is this coupon? i cannot seem to find it and remove it.
