Add tests

[lxvm]

There are tests missing for:

• Convergence of AutoPTR with the optical conductivity and symmetries
• Loading of Wannier90 files
• The construction of SOC Hamiltonians and the correctness of velocity and mass operators
• Equivalence of lattice and Cartesian coordinates (This should be fixed by d3c78dd)
