Project Completed and Please Coordinate Before Any Changes

We were supposed to work on this over the weekend, but I completed the project myself, with Amin’s help on the coding part.
At this point, the project is done. Please do not make any changes before letting me know first, because uncoordinated edits could interfere with the current version of the project.

I just need your FASTA files from your individual projects, so we can add more examples to the website. At this point, it only has mine.
