Please create a branch in the GitHub repository that is under your name, Wenyu’s example. And then try to upload your FASTA file there. Then run the code I sent in Colab, the link to the code is uploaded on the environmental group website, and upload your FASTA file in it. It should be only one FASTA file, so you need to combine both files into one file.
Then look at the results and show them to me today.
Make sure the changes you make are under a branch, not the main.
