Drag and Drop email editor

Hi,

I saw that you've been working on a drag and drop email editor in this PR: #164
When creating a campaign I just see the option to use the code editor however.

How can the drag and drop editor be enabled?

Hi @MrSnoozles, we've been experimenting with the email editor. As far as we know, there's no good open-source drag-and-drop email editor available. In the PR you mentioned, we tried building one with Puck that generates React Email templates, but we couldn't get the design and feel to a point we were happy with, and we ran into various bugs that broke the editor.

Instead, we've decided to include a JSX editor with React Email support, which lets users build emails with custom JavaScript logic.
Separately, we're working on a block builder in Lunogram Cloud (closed-source for now) that lets you build emails with a block editor. You can check it out at console.lunogram.com.

Hi @jeroenrinzema . Thank you for the insights. The JSX editor is powerful, but I think in reality too cumbersome, especially when most of the time non-developers will be the ones composing the emails.

Have you seen https://github.com/templatical/sdk ? That's a relatively new project and looks like it could be a good fit for the email builder.
It has a couple very useful features for Lunogram, like the very good merge tag integration, predefined design tokens so emails can have a unified style per tenant and display conditions, so we can have sections in an email template that are shown only when certain conditions are met.
