Right now the repository lacks a license, and in the Cabal file the license is still set to "TBD" for "to be determined".
Given I'm not the repository owner nor had much to do with the code that was written here, I'm in no place to dictate what manner of licensing applies, but for the sake of documentation and keeping the code in line with free software principles, I suggest licensing it under WTFPL, BSD (3-clause), or MIT.
