SHERLOCK major_axis_arcsec NULL for all objects?

The Sherlock name for this key is sm_axis_arcsec (semi-major axis), but it seems the schema-checking code is looking for major_axis_arcsec.

This is why major_axis_arcsec is always NULL.

Here is the least disruptive way I see to fix this:

1. Adjust the code near here with

   if 'sm_axis_arcsec' in ann:
           sets['major_axis_arcsec'] = ann['sm_axis_arcsec'] * 2.

2. Update the schema browser for the major_axis_arcsec to read Diameter of the major-axis in arcsec instead of Size of associated galaxy in arcsec.
