feat: migrate project to .NET 7.0 and out-of-process worker

**Description:**
* Get rid of the Durable Entities
* Complete move to Orchestrator and Activity Functions
* Upgrade from .NET 6.0 to .NET 7.0
* Simplify the project design in general
