Document blinds as working

I have successfully used blinds.setTargetLevel to control my Fyrtur blinds. Note that blindsTargetLevel 0 is up, 50 is halfway down and 100 is fully down.

It is not clear to me what setCurrentLevel or setState are supposed to do. I haven't tried them.

I believe setState should be able to start rolling up/down or stop the blinds if they're moving.

I'm a bit less certain about setCurrentLevel, but my theory is that it can be used as a "recalibration" method. I mean to set the 0 a 100 levels to your window's top and bottom edges.

Would you be able to test these too? No worries if not, I'm already grateful for the feedback on the setTargetLevel method!

Opened cr #18 to document the API. The setCurrentLevel API returned an error when I tried to use it:
