[Bug]: Workshed tile recommends installing a workshed even though a workshed is installed.

What's the bug?

I have a DNA lab installed in my workshed, but the tile doesn't seem to detect it. Instead, it claims there is no workshed installed and then lists my (nonexistiant) other iotm worksheds. I would expect it to detect that it had something installed, even if it wasn't "good"
