eGuru broken after upgrading from Moodle 3.10 to 4.0.2

After upgrading Moodle from 3.10 to 4.0.2 the eGuru theme no longer works. All the design layouts, fonts, and styles are gone. We updated the theme to the most recent release but it is still broken. Any ideas?
