Focus rectangle barely visible in Noctis Bordo

The focus rectangle is so weak, you may not see anything without going into fullscreen mode when viewing the following video. I'm going back and forth using Tab and Shift+Tab:

It would be useful, if the focus rectangle would be properly visible.

I don't know whether my accessibility settings (like "Underline access keys when available") are relevant to see a focus rectangle at all. (I didn't find a Windows setting specifically for the focus rectangle.)
