(0.2.6) wb incorrectly expands to wormbase?

in monarch-py's test of the curie expander using prefixmaps 0.2.4 works as expected,
however if using 0.2.6,
curie = 'WB:WBGene00000001', expected = 'identifiers.org/wb/WBGene00000001'

results in:
AssertionError: assert 'identifiers.org/wb/WBGene00000001' in 'http://identifiers.org/wormbase/WBGene00000001'

It's not clear whether wb should be expanding to wormbase, but it's worth noting that
http://identifiers.org/wb/WBGene00000001 resolves, while http://identifiers.org/wormbase/WBGene00000001 does not
