broaden name lookup for PAH compound matching

Currently just standardizes capitalization and notation, but could include pulling synonyms from the EPA's chem dashboard.

For example, Benzo(a)anthracene and Benz(a)anthracene are synonyms, and current script would not match these because they are a letter off.
