Thank you for the response! We note that your response is incomplete, however, your bug description serves to clear up some ambiguity. While we understand your concern of how certain users may not have the telegram application (and thus, may be excluded from using our application), we do not foresee this as an issue due to the following reasons:

1. Most CCAs in NUS already require you to input your telegram handle in their sign-up form.
2. Most existing student channels and group chats already utilise telegram to disseminate information, including CCA session details and information.

As such, given the existing status quo, students interested in signing up for CCAs in NUS should have a telegram account, given how existing NUS-wide student groups and CCAs already expect interested parties to have it. With the introduction of our application, we expect to meet minimal resistance.

Reason for disagreement: I agree that for the large part that this will not be an issue due to wide-scale adoption of telegram as a communication channel by CCAs. However Telegram is not enforced by the school as the official communication channel for CCAs and it cannot be assumed that all CCAs require all members to have Telegram as a contact means, especially since Telegram is not as popular with International students, and the likelihood of clubs with a significant number of international students not requiring Telegram/using another contact channel is not low. These CCAs will hence be unable to use the app at all since Telegram is a required parameter and is used as identification in the app.
