[FR]: Add filter to hide apps that have no internet access on GrapheneOS

Describe the problem

On GrapheneOS, you can block network permissions.

Lots of apps I do this for have loads of trackers, but are no longer a concern.

It would be very handy if I could filter these, along with apps without any unblocked trackers from my app list so I get a clear overview of which apps are watching still.

I don't have a GrapheneOS device to run tests.

I believe it's actually an internal android permission. GrapheneOS just exposes an option to disable apps from accessing it.

So it may be useful still for non-grapehene users, as there's no point in showing or processing apps that don't utilise network anyway.

I can’t verify GrapheneOS-specific filtering for the runtime Network toggle without a GrapheneOS device.

The standard INTERNET permission used as the basis for the Network permission toggle is enhanced with a second layer of enforcement and proper support for granting/revoking it on a per-profile basis.
