Add android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES

Hi Lightphone Team,

First, thank y'all for making this SDK available!

I'd like to enable android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES for some wireless image backup tooling.

More than willing to open a PR for this and an util for it (similar to LightFileShare but for Media)!

@bradwick thank you!! We definitely want this, it's pretty high on my todo list. If you want to and don't mind collaborating a little, I say go for it! I might be a little picky about the API since media is going to tie heavily into our not-yet-open File Manager.
