We currently have bi-weekly meetings starting at 18:00.
If the local organizer wish to stick to it, I'd like to suggest to
- keep the existing meetings for the people who are currently active in the (global) organization.
- every two month, add a bigger meeting for the ones who are curious about how the LGM organization is proceeding (and possible step in and be more active).
- start the meeting on time (the one who are late have access to the archive)
- give an end time to the meeting (I'd suggest at duration of 30 minutes)
