Concept of a planet: mostly flat feed from lots of posts from developers. Libre Planet might have more sense to have categories -- software developers vs. artist. Have ability to see a list of projects. From Artists, have media view.

Ginger: Anyone who is making a contribution to a libre graphics project can be supported for travel depending on what's available. Historically, this was sufficient.

Timothee: Depends, in Rennes: they could not dover the full costs of everyone who requested it -- you can't know ahead of time.
Lasse: would like to make public (to the admin group), last year... stupid cituation -- cash money is donations, should show it -- but should be able to show expenses (food for video team, but then no receipts). Making fully public -- would be problem.
What was total costs?

In EU you can.
Guest: Foundation: any donation from US to foundation they are tas-deducted. There's also matching programs, it's interested to encourage / find out if your companies are doing this kind of matching funding. Within Europe, tax deductions depends a lot on tax authority of that country. in NL, if non-profit registered, depends on a 5-year commitment.
