Featured post appears to be broken after 0.8.0

I'm not sure if it's just an issue on my end (https://github.com/Arctaxia/extremely-stupid-project-2) or I've overlooked something, but after updating my oxibooru fork and testing it locally on my computer, the featured post on the homepage seems to have disappeared, and featuring a new one doesn't bring it back. I've tried clearing my browser's cache many times and the issue remains.

Could be one of two things:

1. Your post_view_featured privilege config value is something other than the default and the user doesn't have a high enough rank to view.
2. The featured post is filtered out by your rank-based preferences. If this is the case, then the featured post that is shown is the most recent feature that isn't blacklisted by preferences.

EDIT: If neither of these are the problem, you can try viewing the server logs with docker compose logs -f server when loading the homepage to see if there's some error when fetching the featured post.

I set post_view_featured back to the default "anonymous" on my test instance and it appeared again. I originally had it set to "regular", and after updating, the featured post was gone even though I was using an administrator account. Huh, odd.

On my production instance, post_view_featured remains set to "anonymous", so I don't think this will be too much of a problem for me there.
