[Feature req] Ability to set tags (and other data) for everything that is about to be uploaded in Upload Page

Hi!

I personally use this service for references collection and searching via tags.

But i have too many of them sometimes (way too many), and for people like me, it would be a great feature that would allow to set specific tags to the set of images that are about to be uploaded via upload page.

But tbh it can go beyond just tags, but other data as well.

I think this is a good idea, but as of right now I'll have to say any non-trivial frontend improvements will have to wait until I finish a frontend rewrite I'm working on. Don't have any time estimates for this (sorry), but I'll loop back around to this eventually.
