🐛 [fix] CloudKit 동기화 데이터 유실 방지 및 임시 복구 기능

Summary

iCloud 동기화(NSPersistentCloudKitContainer) 도입 후 기존 사용자 데이터 유실 문제 해결.

디버그 로그 분석으로 4가지 근본 원인을 확인하고 모두 수정:

1. Orphan cleanup이 매 import마다 유효 데이터 삭제 → 안전장치 추가
2. 빈 UC 자동 생성이 iCloud 데이터 덮어씀 → 다중 억제 플래그
3. Export 134301 에러 → 지수 백오프 재시도
4. Change Token Expired → sync reset 감지 및 cleanup 억제

추가로 이미 데이터를 잃은 사용자를 위한 임시 복구 기능 제공 (TEMPORARY).

Changes

Phase 1: Orphan Cleanup 안전장치

• Import/sync reset 진행 중 cleanup 억제
• 전체 레코드가 모두 orphan이면 삭제 건너뜀
• Consolidation 5초 지연 + DispatchWorkItem으로 중복 방지
• Change Token Expired (CKError 21) 감지

Phase 2: 빈 UC 생성 방지

• getUserCollection()에 isImportInProgress 체크 추가
• 첫 Import 완료 후 30초 grace period
• DailyTask 기본 태스크 자동 생성 시 import 상태 체크

Phase 3: Export 에러 처리

• Export 실패 시 최대 3회 지수 백오프 재시도 (5s, 10s, 15s)
• Import 성공 시 retry 카운터 리셋

Phase 4: 임시 복구 기능 (TEMPORARY)

• 설정 > "iCloud에서 데이터 복구" 버튼
• Store 파일 삭제 후 앱 재시작 → CloudKit 전체 재import

Test Plan

• 기존 유저 시나리오: orphan 삭제 0건, export 성공, 데이터 안정 확인
• 신규 설치 시나리오: 빈 UC 생성 억제, CloudKit import 후 정상 로드 확인
• 복구 기능: 설정 > 복구 버튼 → 앱 재시작 → 데이터 복원 확인
• Change Token Expired 시나리오: sync reset 감지 + cleanup 억제 확인
