Possible issue with certain tables and zoom

Hello,

I am using this tool to produce a knowledge base for an LLM from an internal documentation page.

For certain tables I see that the resulting pdf gets truncated, for instance, these table headers in the original HTML

get truncated in the pdf in this way

The missing text does not seem to be aywhere in the document, e.g. I cannot find it via searching in the pdf.

Any suggestion how to improve the situation? Is there a way to configure things such as zoom or the expected page width when converting? Ideally for me, the conversion would fit the table on the A4 regardless of its width.

If you open the same URL in Chrome and use Print Preview to output to A4, do you see the same truncation (missing header text)?

• If it reproduces → likely page-side @media print / fixed width / overflow styles
• If it does not → likely Puppeteer pdf() settings (scale/landscape/viewport) can help

Many thanks for your pointers, it was in fact reproducible also using the integrated print-to-pdf functionality by hand.

I have introduced an additional stylesheet into the page and this seems to be doing the trick, the table is constrained to the page size.

My problem is solved, but a possible suggestion would be to offer some way to inject these kind of extra settings from this tool as well, I believe this can be useful when one does not have control over the page sources.
