Until not long ago, setting -mirror pdbe solved it, however, it no longer works.

Seems possible that the same changes that were made to the default rcsb server were applied to pdbe and pdbj

At this stage it's not possible to use localpdb.

Hi @YoelShoshan - it took me a while to get to this, apologies. In preliminary investigation I believe this issue is due to final deprecation of FTP protocol at PDB side. I'm testing a fix for this at the moment, hopefully it'll restore all functionalities.
