Incorrect predicted hit for Twinflame staff

Second hit from Twinflame staff isn't accounted in predicted hit. It equals 40% of first hit, rounded down, and only happens when casting elemental spell (excluding Strike and Surge).

I believe this is because you only get hp xp for 1 of the hits. I would have to add logic to track the spell and staff to adjust for this but id rather not at the moment. It would be nice if jagex just gave you xp for the full hit..
