Using OSC to control element

I am using a python script to send an OSC to the OSC reciever node, but i do not get any input there. How do i fix this guys please help me out. I also want to know about how to make custom OSC scripts for custom functions in element, although, the first step is to have th signal im sending from the python script to be recieved by the node in element. I have set the port to the same value as well.

Maybe the node isn't actually starting up the server?
