Ported this to WSL2 for my own setup. home.nix needed no changes beyond the home directory path - everything else carried over as-is. Only configuration.nix (nix-darwin + Homebrew) and the darwinConfigurations."mac" output don't apply.
Would you want a second flake output (homeConfigurations."@wsl") added here so one repo covers both, or would you rather I keep it as a separate fork? Happy to send a PR either way.
