[stickers] importing declines non-latin chars in names

Bug Description

Zip-importing replaces all non-ASCII chars with _ in names. That IMHO is wrong.

Steps to Reproduce

1. open stickers
2. import from zip
3. choose a zip file with non-latin names (e.g. Cyrilllic)
4. see ___ as names

see original names

may be a zip unpacking lib flaw. Just guessing
