Captions on images are invisible (MSC2530)

Bug Description

Captions can be added to images and these are not shown on fluffychat but are visible in other clients

Steps to Reproduce

1. Receive image with caption
2. Caption is not visible
3. Check message source too see caption

Expected Behavior

Caption should be visible without having to check message source
