ActivityEndpointTest fails when run close to midnight

I think these tests fail if they are run close to midnight (in this case, travis midnight GMT)

I'm running the build in master branch again, I think it might be broken until the 25th when DST happens

I managed to reproduce... Just need to run with -Duser.timezone=GMT and force a new JVM to be created by selecting Use alternate JRE as in the screenshot below:

More tests are failing now. We should probably write tests that always use this period to ensure DST works.
