I didn't have problems with the ULX3S FPGA 12K v3.0.2 - that was a ULX3S V3.0.3. featuring a 12k ECP5 FPGA, however with the new ULX3S V3.1.7 with an 85k ECP5 FPGA, I can't program it when the Digital Discovery is connected (FT_Open() failed). It works fine when I disconnect the DD though.
