Vault certificate secret issue

What is the issue?

It's not happening all the time for me, but quite often where the cluster creation is stuck at the Wrapping up step. When looking at Argo CD, I see that Vault is waiting on the TLS certificate.

Showing the error "Issuing certificate as Secret does not exist". Usually, deleting the resource works.

If anyone's looking for a temp workaround, you can fork the template repo and add in what I've done here: https://github.com/sktripamer/gitops-template/blob/main/civo-github/templates/mgmt/components/vault/application.yaml

Then reference that repo URL with the kubefirst CLI with --gitops-template-url and the branch with --gitops-template-branch
