Fetch paths containing combined characters cannot be found in backup.

Observed with accented characters created in Finder using Mac dead keys (e.g. option-u, option-i, or option-e), then copy&pasted to terminal.

Possible workarounds:

• restore enclosing folder instead of single file

• type accented char instead of copy&paste

• Create issue upstream
