Describe the bug

You are unable to create a custom collection for any game. My example Hearts of Iron IV

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Hearts of Iron IV'
2. Click on '+New'
3. Add mods, click on save, nothing happens

Expected behavior

You should be able to create a custom collection
