[Bug]: vcruntime140.dll despite downloading redistributes..

wand vers. 12.36.0

Enhancer version

enhancer ver. 1.0.9.2

Describe the bug

"The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." After reinstalling 10 more times, and downloading a bunch of unnecessary stuff trying to get wand to work after patching it. but everytime i try, i get the SAME ERROR, and im not sure what the problem is.

To Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Nevermind. Fixed it. Just download VCRUNTIME140.dll from the internet. You can just google the thing.
