This file downloaded by prx from igs ftp servers(*) has in the header
gfzrnx-1.13-7761 FILE MERGE 20200626 000542 UTC COMMENT
However, it leads to wrong values of the C1C value for E21 (large negative values).
When reprocessing it with a newer version of gfzrnx, this is no longer the case. My header reads:
gfzrnx-2.1.12 FILE PROCESSING 20260703 144449 UTC COMMENT
When checking if a RINEX file has been checked by gfzrnx, we may have to check the version or the processing (FILE MERGE vs FILE PROCESSING).
