Actualize jsreport version

Really nice examples work nice with the "2.10.0" jsreport package, but not for the current version , please update it.

The latest version where is work for me is: 4.4.0, but in the 4.5.0 the chrome-pdf engine timeouting

We will try to get into updating the example here, but we will happily accept PRs if someone gets to it sooner.
