Allow to import exported GeoJson

The app allows to export all the saved POIs as a GeoJson, it would be good to be able to import it too and ask if it should:

• Replace all the existing POIs and Categories.
• Append all the Categories and their POIs to the existing ones.
• Import them in a new project (see issue about projects Allow to create projects #3)
