Support for multiple special workspaces

The current logic only support special workspace with id -99. Hyprland supports setting up multiple special workspaces, with id starting from -99, adding 1 with each new one, i.e. -99, -98, -97

Warning
special is supported ONLY on movetoworkspace and movetoworkspacesilent.
Any other dispatcher will result in undocumented behavior.

And you can't open windows on special workspaces in the same way like common workspaces, instead of:
[workspace -98 silent; ...] alacritty
you should provide a special workspace name like (my special named magic):
[workspace special:magic silent; ...] alacritty

You can see workspace name from hyprctl clients command:
workspace: -98 (special:magic) - for special workspace
and
workspace: 1 (1) - for common workspace

In this case you can simple use value from brackets, instead of number right after colon.
