Option to prevent dialog from closing if you touch outside modal

I like to know if there is the option or can you add the option do dismiss the dialog if you click outside. There are many cases where you only want to allow interaction using the buttons. I have an case where I only want to allow the modal to be close if I press the cancel or submit button.
