Chore: Update spacing/indents/conventions

Need to go through all notes and update items based on conventions based on different style guides.

• Python: PEP-0008
• C++: Cpp Core Guidelines
• Java: Twitter Style Guide
• JavaScript: Mozilla Developer Network Coding Style Guide
• Rust: Style Guide on Rust Site Another Style Guide on Rust Site
• Go: Google Style Guide
• Swift: Google Style Guide
• etc. ?

Help requested:
If you know of a style guide that is a convention for other languages, please post them here so that I can collate and complete this chore eventually.

I've updated all the python examples to follow PEP-8 Indentation guideline (#31)
