Sync Tweaking

I think it would be great to have the option to set the sync interval to “When the app starts.” It would also be helpful if read articles were marked as read directly on the server. Currently, articles aren't marked as read until the next regular sync.

If I remember correctly, sync on start existed some time ago. But I was searching also for the same option today, after changing the backend to my new Freshrss instance
