Navigation drawer swipe conflict

I have been using the reader as my daily driver for about a week now and have uncovered a rather maddening bug. The navigation drawer can be expanded by swiping diagonally up and to the right anywhere on the article in the list.

To clarify, swiping directly right performs the set action correctly, and swiping up performs the scroll up action correctly, but there's a quite large middle ground where it will grab the navigation drawer and start opening it, even on the far right of the article in the list. At first I thought I was fat -palming the left edge of the screen, but it happens even when the phone is laid flat.

I tried different layouts for the feed and disabling the swipe right gesture entirely but no luck. Hopefully this made sense and you might have an idea as to what causes it, or anything I can test to help narrow it down.

Yes this is now fixed. I have no problem with the hamburger being the main way to open the side menu.

@jocmp with the Swipe Right/Left gestures set to Disabled, the previous behaviour allowed the swipe to show side menu to work very well. I find moving my thumb all the way up to the top of the phone to press the hamburger button to be hard. I'm now relying on the Back Navigation Action set to Open Navigation Drawer but that isn't as nice and means I don't have an easy way to exit the app. Any chance this change can be made to only apply if the Swipe Right gesture isn't disabled?

Hey @equim, toggling based on swipe right is my dream. Unfortunately the library I'm using at the moment still conflicts with that swipe gesture too. I made a note to revisit these.
